Why Choose Equality Ed?

A little about us...

Our Story

We know firsthand the difference access to resources can make — and we’ve also watched visionary community leaders held back simply because they didn’t have the support they needed. We’ve seen how deeply people crave opportunities to come together, and how quickly momentum builds when those spaces exist.

As community leaders ourselves, we understand both the struggles and the rewards of building something bigger than yourself. That perspective is what shaped Equality Ed. We help grassroots organizations secure funding, connect with partners in our network, and organize collective efforts so their ideas don’t just stay ideas — they become action. Whether supporting an emerging nonprofit taking its first steps or helping established leaders grow their reach, we meet organizations where they are and walk alongside them every step of the way.

We love this work because it multiplies impact: by helping those who help others, we’re creating positive change that continues to grow long into the future.

Our Approach

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. At Equality Ed, every partnership begins with listening — understanding your community, your vision, and your needs. From there, we work side by side to secure resources, manage grants, provide organizational support, and strengthen grassroots efforts so you can focus on your mission. Collaboration, transparency, and impact are at the center of everything we do.

Our Founders

Together, Jessica and Jack built Equality Ed as both life partners and business partners — combining their expertise, advocacy, and shared commitment to equity into a resource for grassroots leaders who are creating change in their communities.
